Hunter Richey Di Benedetto & Eisenbeis, LLP
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Richey has been extensively involved in
representing acute care hospitals, long term care facilities, physician groups - including independent practice associations and integrated medical groups - and other licensed healthcare providers. He provides legal counsel in the areas of business and corporate planning, health facility licensure and certification, Knox-Keene licensure and compliance, and managed care contracting. He has served as a member of the faculty at Golden Gate University, and has taught courses in the legal aspects of healthcare. Mr. Richey is also an accomplished speaker. He has made numerous presentations before trade associations and other provider groups on the topics of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, licensing and certification, civil rights, managed care contracting, healthcare delivery systems, and other related healthcare issues.
