Rachel N. Kook

Before her association with Hunter Richey & Eisenbeis, LLP, Ms. Kook was in civil litigation practice as a member of several prominent California and national law firms. Since joining the Firm, she continues to represent clients in business litigation and employment litigation matters in all state and federal courts and her practice often includes the handling of civil writs and appeals. In addition to employment litigation where she represents employers in claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination, Ms. Kook’s employment practice also includes providing advice on disciplinary decisions, wage and hour issues and personnel policies and decisions. Ms. Kook has contributed articles to local professional organizations and has participated in seminars for business organizations and human resource personnel.
