Janet C. Eisenbeis

Ms. Eisenbeis brings to her law practice more than 18 years of firsthand operational knowledge of the long-term healthcare industry, giving her a unique understanding of issues that face providers of healthcare. For approximately 9 years, she was a licensed nursing home administrator of a 120-bed skilled nursing facility owned and operated by a California multi-facility organization. From that position she moved to the organization‘s corporate office and directed the operations of its convalescent division. Her practice focuses on the representation of all categories of healthcare facilities in state and federal regulatory issues. Ms. Eisenbeis remains an active member of the California Association of Health Facilities, where she currently serves on the Governmental Relations Legal Sub-Committee. She authored Obtaining Informed Consent for the Mentally Disordered: A Special Challenge for the Long Term Care Mental Health Facility.
