Anne E. Ferguson Ms. Ferguson has provided legal counsel to hospitals, home health agencies, hospices, surgery centers, medical groups, management services organizations, healthcare trade associations, and other healthcare providers since 1987. Ms. Ferguson's prior healthcare clinical and management experience imparts a practical understanding of the issues faced by healthcare providers. She regularly advises healthcare clients in healthcare, business and real estate matters. Her practice focuses include medical group organization, physician practice management, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and certification, healthcare fraud and abuse, compliance matters, managed care, nonprofit and tax exempt organizations, contract and lease negotiations, facility development, and other business and regulatory matters.

Ms. Ferguson also advises other business and nonprofit clients in connection with corporate, business organization and operational issues, real estate, commercial leasing and financing transactions, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other commercial transactions.
